Activation of the IL-17 pathway, resulting in the increased expression of the two cytokines IL-17A and IL-17F, plays a key role in the pathogenesis of a number of chronic inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis, HS and PsA. These inflammatory diseases are characterized by profound patient burden and significant unmet medical need.
